Frequently Asked Questions
Brands
Do we control pricing?
Yes. You set the retail price of your products. We help you set it based on your strategy, venue, and goals, and we handle execution.
Who handles replenishment?
We do. We monitor inventory, restock the machine and coordinate with the venue. Your team focuses on the brand.
Can the machine be fully branded?
Yes. Wrap, screen content, product display and campaign messages follow your brand guidelines, from color palette to visual language.
Can we test locations before committing to a rollout?
Yes. You can test venues, assortments, pricing and messages before scaling, and we use sales and inventory data to guide the rollout.
Venues
Do we need to invest anything?
No. You provide the space and receive a commission. We take care of the equipment, installation and operations.
Who operates and maintains the machine?
We do. Restocking, maintenance, technical support and monitoring are our responsibility, so your team has nothing to manage.
How and when do we receive revenue?
Every month you receive your commission, together with a sales report for each location.
What happens if the machine fails or needs maintenance?
Our support team monitors the machine remotely and coordinates any repair, so your staff doesn’t have to manage it.
Agencies
Can we define the full creative direction?
Yes. Wrap, screens, assortment and messages are produced from your brief, so your team keeps full creative control.
How long does it take to set up an activation?
It depends on the format and venue availability. We plan the timing around your campaign calendar.
Can multiple venues be activated at the same time?
Yes. You can run the same activation in several venues at once.
What performance data do you provide for the client report?
We share interaction metrics, sales (when applicable) and performance per location, depending on the type of activation.
Emerging Brands
What is the minimum investment to get started?
It depends on your needs. We quote each pilot based on your business model, location and the services you require. Tell us about your brand and we’ll send you a proposal.
Can we start with a single location?
Yes. The single-location pilot is built for that: validate first, then commit more resources.
What happens if the product doesn't perform well at that location?
We use pilot data to adjust. You can change the product, the location or the approach before thinking about scaling.
How do we start a pilot?
