Who We Are

Amerikiosks ("Amerikiosks," "we," "us," "our") provides branded automated retail infrastructure: self-operating kiosks placed in high-traffic venues such as airports, hotels, stadiums, resorts, and commercial properties. We own and operate our kiosk network in the United States. The Amerikiosks brand also appears in El Salvador and Curaçao, where the kiosks are owned and operated by independent franchisees.

This policy covers data collected through amerikiosks.com (the "Site") and through the kiosks that Amerikiosks operates directly in the United States. It does not cover data collected by independent franchisees, who operate their own kiosks and payment relationships and are responsible for their own privacy practices. If you have a question about a kiosk outside the United States, contact the operator of that location.

What Data We Collect

Data you give us directly. Information submitted through our contact forms, including partnership inquiries, venue operator inquiries, and brand applications. This includes your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and the content of your message, along with any information you provide in the Site's lead pre-qualification forms.

Data collected automatically. Usage data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, session duration, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We also keep standard server logs containing IP address, timestamp, and user agent.

Cookie consent record. When you make a cookie choice, we log a randomly generated ID, the choice itself, and the date, as proof of consent. This record does not include your IP address or any other identifier. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data from kiosk transactions. For the kiosks we operate in the United States, we receive transaction metadata such as item, time, machine ID, and amount. Amerikiosks does not collect, transmit, or store full payment card data. That information is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not receive transaction data or payments from franchisee-operated kiosks in other countries.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to respond to partnership, venue, and brand inquiries and to route qualified leads to our sales team; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our kiosk network; to measure marketing performance and site conversion, in aggregated or anonymized form where possible; and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Who We Share Data With

Internal tooling. Lead data submitted through the Site flows into our CRM and operations stack (JotForm, then Monday.com, then Odoo, or a direct integration where one is in use) solely to manage the sales and partnership process.

Service providers. Hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Cloudflare R2), analytics (Google Analytics 4), and payment processing through a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant processor.

Legal. We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

International Data Transfers

Amerikiosks is based in the United States, and our systems and service providers process data there. If you visit the Site or submit an inquiry from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you acknowledge this transfer.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry and lead data for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and record-keeping purposes. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. California residents may also opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA and CPRA, although Amerikiosks does not sell personal information. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" shown above.
